Karme-Euryale Ondzague

Originally from France, with an American mother, Karme has always had a passion for international cultural exchanges and languages. Holding a master's degree in luxury hotel management, her career has allowed her to work in prestigious establishments, such as the Bristol in Paris, where she worked in the project management department, as well as at the Eden Rock Hotel in St. Barthélemy, where she was involved in the housekeeping department management.

For two years, she worked remotely, focusing on au pair programs and contributing to the establishment of the company. Having moved to China in 2024, she continued this exciting adventure.

Through these experiences, she has gained a deeper understanding of the Chinese language and culture. Convinced that the best way to learn a language is not solely through textbooks, she favors total immersion, whether by living in the country or interacting directly with native speakers. Moreover, she emphasizes that mastering a language is not just about learning words, but also understanding the culture, mindset, and the unique perspectives it offers.

Xin Bohui, also known as Agen, graduated from the School of Visual Arts (SVA) in New York. He is the head of the company’s U.S. operations and the main person in charge of the "Right Pair" au pair program (U.S) at the New York branch. He has been living in the U.S. for an extended period.

Combining his rich experience in international cultural exchange with a unique artistic vision, Agen is dedicated to building bridges for cross-cultural cooperation and mutual benefit. He is able to design and provide high-quality services for the Xinmei Mutual Au Pair Program (U.S) with an innovative perspective.
